Ms. Kalpana Anand
Kalpana Anand oversees the academic operations and administrative coordination that keep the LumiKnow learning system structured, consistent and responsive. She manages key academic workflows including class records, weekly summaries, daily revision sheet production, weekly MCQ coordination and class-summary management.

She also maintains important student performance data such as XP points, test scores and MCQ performance, ensuring that academic progress is recorded accurately and available for meaningful review.
​
A key part of her role is acting as the operational bridge between the Mentoring and Assessment teams, helping ensure that classroom activity, student performance data, assessment outcomes and mentor observations remain connected. Through this coordination, Kalpana helps LumiKnow maintain the disciplined academic processes required for continuous student monitoring and long-term learning development.
Ms. Bhawna Kodwani
Bhawna Kodwani leads LumiKnow’s academic mentoring framework, ensuring that student progress is reviewed with consistency, depth and clear academic direction. She oversees the mentoring process, helping the team interpret student performance, identify learning gaps and convert academic data into meaningful next steps for each learner.

She also plays an important role in planning assessments and overseeing their conduction, ensuring that assessments are structured, timely and aligned with the student’s learning journey. She works closely with weekly summaries, assessment outcomes, MCQ performance, test trends and mentor observations to identify patterns in student progress.

A key part of her role is working closely with teachers, mentors and the assessment team to understand each student’s ongoing progress. Through this coordination, Bhawna helps ensure that teaching, assessment and mentoring remain connected, allowing LumiKnow to provide structured, evidence-based academic guidance focused on long-term learning development.
Ms. Sarumathi R
Sarumathi R leads LumiKnow’s assessment and academic-content development process, ensuring that every assessment is carefully aligned with the student’s curriculum, current level and learning needs. She designs curriculum-based assessments for individual students, making sure that the required criteria, skills and content areas are represented with an appropriate level of challenge.

She also oversees the moderation of assessment reviews and corrections, ensuring that feedback meets LumiKnow’s quality standards before it is compiled and shared with students. This helps maintain consistency, accuracy and depth across the assessment process.

Alongside assessment design, Sarumathi develops original questions for LumiKnow’s growing question bank and upcoming academic courses, helping build high-quality learning resources that support structured practice, skill development and long-term academic progress.
Mr. Vasanth V
Vasanth V leads LumiKnow’s brand communication and product-growth initiatives, ensuring that the platform’s academic value is communicated with clarity and consistency. He oversees marketing content, video editing and production for LumiKnow’s YouTube and Meta channels, helping maintain a strong and professional brand presence across digital platforms.

He also works closely on the development and presentation of courses, learning products and academic resources, helping translate LumiKnow’s teaching expertise into structured, high-quality student-facing content.
Alongside brand growth, Vasanth contributes to HTML-based academic content creation, including worksheets, assessments and digital learning materials. By working closely with the academic leadership team, he helps connect LumiKnow’s educational expertise with its product experience, content systems and long-term platform growth.
